National Sales Manager

We’re supporting a confidential search for an experienced National Sales Manager to join a well-established organization within the transportation and logistics sector. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building long-term customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role In this position, you will be responsible for driving new business activity, developing prospect pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support growth, manage sales activity, and help increase revenue from new accounts. Key responsibilities Identify and engage prospective customers Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline Lead sales conversations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up activity Convert prospects into new business and grow account value over time Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer growth Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service throughout the sales process About you We’re looking for someone with: At least 3 years’ experience in non-asset-based 3PL sales A background in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach Strong problem-solving ability Good commercial awareness and confidence engaging new customers Strong computer and technology skills What’s on offer This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career, with the chance to join a business that supports development, performance, and long-term progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mackenzie Stuart
