The Sr. Routing and Switching Engineer III provides senior-level engineering support for mission-critical enterprise networks. Value for our customers.What you’ll do:Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions for federal government customers. Serve as a technical SME, support routing and switching technologies, resolve complex issues, contribute to Agile delivery, and provide innovative solutions that build customer trust and support mission success.What you’ll need to succeed:Active Top Secret security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, or relevant experience.CCNP Enterprise certification is required.10+ years of experience in network engineering with hands-on responsibility for core enterprise routing and switching infrastructure.Subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF; experience with software-defined WAN architectures and implementations; experience with Peplink products.Proven experience supporting enterprise switching environments, including VLANs, STP, and related Layer 2 technologies; experience managing and maintaining high-availability, high-performance network backbones in mission-critical environments.Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR, ISR, Catalyst, and Nexus platforms; explicit experience performing network traffic analysis.Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $253,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
