Vital Records Supervisor, Customer Experience & Training
DEPT OF HEALTH/MENTAL HYGIENE
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene seeks a Principal Administrative Associate to supervise a team handling birth and death certificates. You will manage staffing, timekeeping, tasks, and evaluations, while ensuring staff complete trainings and follow Health Code and BVS policies. You’ll also lead process improvements and serve as case navigator for customers. You will approve applications, review financial reconciliations, manage IT/test issues, and support critical #J-18808-Ljbffr DEPT OF HEALTH/MENTAL HYGIENE
