Your background and skillset:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort performing assessments, creating treatment plans, and working with diverse student populations

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver targeted therapy to students individually and in small groups

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by the school and special education guidelines
• Provide insights and recommendations during IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams
