Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Maryland SLP license and relevant certifications
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a manageable caseload of 22 students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
