Job Description The Appointment Setter is a fully remote, 1099 sales development role responsible for engaging with warm, opt-in leads who have requested information about the company's coaching programs. You will work exclusively with inbound prospects generated through the company's marketing efforts, qualifying business owners, building rapport, overcoming initial objections, and scheduling appointments for the closing team. Success in this role requires strong persistence, and the ability to consistently move qualified prospects through the pipeline while maintaining high show rates. This is a high-volume, performance-driven position working Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours. *US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY - OFF-SHORE SUBMISSIONS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED* What We Offer 1099 Independent Contractor position $60,000 annual draw , paid monthly ($5,000/month) Uncapped commissions with a performance-based compensation plan Warm, opt-in leads generated through an established marketing system. No cold calling required Work exclusively PST business hours Performance-based commission structure:

• 100 for every qualified appointment that shows
• 50 for every appointment that closes

Target earnings based on performance: 80 completed shows per month = $8,000 20 closed deals per month = $1,000 $9,000 monthly target earnings ($108,000 annualized) Fully remote position with no geographic restrictions within the U.S. Opportunity for advancement as the organization continues to grow Qualifications 3+ years of appointment setting, SDR, inside sales, or outbound business development experience Strong phone presence with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport Experience handling objections and maintaining high call volumes Comfortable working from KPIs including calls, contact rates, show rates, and appointments booked Highly organized with excellent follow-up and CRM discipline Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Competitive, coachable, and driven by performance-based compensation Experience selling or setting appointments into coaching, consulting, home services, or B2B industries is preferred Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time business hours Essential Duties & Responsibilities Using a software auto dialer, contact warm, opt-in leads who have requested information about the company's coaching programs Qualify business owners using established discovery criteria before scheduling appointments Schedule qualified prospects onto the calendars of the closing team Build rapport and overcome common objections while maintaining a consultative, professional approach Maintain daily activity goals for outbound calls, conversations, appointments booked, and show rates Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up communications to maximize attendance Accurately document all call activity, notes, and outcomes within the CRM Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams by providing feedback on lead quality and common objections Participate in regular coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing sales training Take ownership of individual performance metrics while consistently representing the company's brand with professionalism and integrity We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Worksphere
