Your Impact As an Accountant at ROI Revolution, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies, to support revenue calculations, manage technology driven billing workflows, and prepare accurate client invoices. You will gain hands on experience across a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Asset management, while building the skills needed for a successful accounting career. Additionally, you will spend about 20% of your time on meaningful business-related projects. Your Role Participate in monthly client invoicing Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and manage revenue allocation across multiple services Ensure the proper accounting and reporting of employee’s billable hours through our billing system Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and receive customer payments Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Serve as the company’s Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reports Maintain company’s fixed assets schedules by classifying fixed assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals and completing property tax return Prepare sales and use tax returns based on reporting requirements Participate in monthly and year-end accounting close cycles Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes that scale with the organization’s growth. Complete ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by the Senior Controller Key Competencies Exceptional attention to detail: You produce accurate, high-quality work and understand how the smallest details can affect the bigger picture Technology and innovation: You explore AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scale Analytical problem solving: You dig into the details, uncover the why behind the numbers, and find thoughtful solutions Ownership and organization: You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and proactively address issues before they become problems Continuous improvement: You challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and look for opportunities to improve how work gets done Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with an anticipated graduation date no later than May 2027 Available to work part-time (10 - 20 hours per week), following a transition to a full-time schedule upon graduation Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or above What Does a Successful ROIer Look Like?
