Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary You will administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures in a per diem position. Schedule: Provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days per month or 4 weekend days per month. Pay: $57 per hour base + tips up to $15 per hour. Locations: Cow Hollow, Berkeley, Burlingame, Mill Valley clinics; occasional on‑call and Mobile IV shifts. Benefits Monthly Pay Guarantee Program: if tips below $10/hour, company covers difference. Core Role Responsibilities Maintain accurate reports and health records. Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients. Modify patient plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions. Coordinate with District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory. Ensure clinic compliance with Hydration Room inspections. Maintain safe, secure, and clean environment. Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics. Document patient care services. Train new staff. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure positive patient experience. Perform additional duties as assigned. Uphold company core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines. Requirements Current BLS certification. BSN or diploma in nursing. Valid RN license with no sanctions. Preferred: two years related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In‑depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures. Proficiency in inpatient charting, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of customer service, sales, and patient care. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to traverse the entire facility. Must lift up to 15 pounds at times.
