About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in claims management, which gave me a strong understanding of the customer experience and the importance of doing things the right way. I’m a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University). I have two children and four grandchildren, and family is a big part of my life. Our culture is close-knit and family-oriented, with a small office environment where everyone works together. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
