Sustainability Coordinator

Position Overview As the Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping our company achieve its sustainability goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices and initiatives throughout our organization. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives in all aspects of our operations, including construction projects, office operations, and supply chain management Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into project design and construction processes Monitor and track sustainability metrics and report progress to senior management Assist in obtaining and maintaining sustainability certifications and accreditations Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and initiatives Develop and maintain relationships with sustainability partners and vendors Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through sustainable practices Participate in community outreach and engagement activities related to sustainability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management Knowledge of sustainable practices and certifications, such as LEED, WELL, and Green Globes Strong research and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and sustainability software programs Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment Why Work for AMG & Associates, Inc.
