Senior Manager, Demand Generation (Fully Remote)

- Own how buyers find Backstory and convert into pipeline.
- AI-first seat balancing strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition across search, social, display, and ABM.
- Lead SEO and AI-driven discovery across AI engines.
- Build AI-powered automation and own web performance/CRO.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Demand Generation at B2B SaaS or AI startup.
- Deep technical with Clay, Make, n8n, and LLM prompts.
- Proven pipeline ownership and lifecycle mastery.
