Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs and challenges of each client, leading to effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques in individual therapy sessions to create a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress through consistent feedback and adaptations to the treatment plan.

• Engage in staff meetings, group supervision, and individual check-ins with team leaders to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Document client sessions meticulously to ensure alignment with ethical standards and to track treatment outcomes effectively.

• Present teletherapy sessions to clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual meetings to address their mental health needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele. Our practice caters to individuals, couples, children, teens, and families from various backgrounds, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA community. The ability to understand and address the unique challenges faced by different demographic groups is fundamental to our therapeutic approach, and we value therapists who bring culturally competent skills to the practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current state-issued LMFT license (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience in mental health is required.

• Experience working with couples, children, teens, and families is preferred, as well as those with expertise supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
