Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients to address individual emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborating with clients to set, pursue, and achieve therapeutic goals that enhance their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable adult clients who require support for varied mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in one of the following capacities: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Psychoanalyst.

• Exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a heartfelt, empathetic approach to counseling.

• Proficiency with technology and an ability to utilize online tools for client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preferred qualifications include previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings. A familiarity with digital therapeutic tools will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.
