Highway Striping Crew Laborer Highway Graphics, a leading highway striping contractor in Louisiana and Arkansas, is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Laborers for striping operations. Prior experience is preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training for candidates committed to developing their skills in the construction industry. Position Overview The Highway Striping Crew Laborer performs a variety of manual tasks involved in highway striping, including preparing job sites, handling equipment and materials, and supporting striping operations. Key Responsibilities Perform general construction-related labor tasks across all phases of highway striping operations. Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites. Safely use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms. Assist with traffic control and safety procedures as needed. Employee & Family Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay – Paid weekly.
