Developmental Disabilities Administration in Vancouver, WA is seeking experienced Resource Case Managers to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in a hybrid work setting. Applicants should have professional case management experience, strong skills in assessment, planning, and coordination with state agencies and community partners.
