Schedule Night Shift Job Description The Laboratory Technician performs assigned analysis and reports results according to established procedures and regulations of the department. This role requires maintaining quality control and equipment as per provided instructions and schedule. The technician will correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart reviews and consultations with nursing and medical staff. Additionally, the role includes performing receptionist and phlebotomist tasks while ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare. ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned analysis and report results in accordance with departmental procedures. Maintain quality control and equipment as per instructions and schedule. Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review. Consult with nursing and medical staff regarding laboratory results. Perform reception and phlebotomy tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations pertaining to healthcare provision.
