Medical Oncology / Hematology Physician Opportunity – Nebraska

Why We’re Looking

Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line

Position Overview

Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (OP visits)
Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients/day

2 nd clinic location

Grand Island Clinic Volume: 12-20 patients/day
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Protected administrative time included
Inpatient/Outpatient mix with APP support for call coverage
Call: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure

Compensation & Incentives

$510K +Production
Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000-$20,000 combined (negotiable)
Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)
