At Deric, we are a multidisciplinary contractordelivering large-scale projects with a real and lasting impact. Our expertiseincludes civil works, process mechanical, electrical, instrumentation andcontrol, industrial maintenance, and automation, with a strong specializationin water and wastewater infrastructure. As part of our expansion in the United States, we arelooking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual who is readyto learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment. This position is based out of Deerfield Beach and offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in office / 3 days remote) . What your day-to-day will look like Under the supervision of the VP / Project Manager, theProject Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for: Submitting permit applications and ensuring proper follow-up Tracking jobsite personnel documentation and background checkrequirements Maintaining up-to-date contact lists (project managers, foremen,stakeholders) Managing technical documentation(RFIs, submittals, drawings, revisions, technical changes) Following up on equipment and material rentals Preparing purchase orders and letters of intent Processing daily reports from superintendents/foremen (deliveryslips, work orders, filing, and distribution) Sending invoices to clients Opening and maintaining project files in internal systems Supporting project managerswith: Preparation, submission, and follow-up of administrative andtechnical documents Document control and filing Preparing bid submissiondocuments Submitting bids on variousplatforms Following up with General Contractors regarding bid results Issuing purchase orders tosuppliers Performing other related tasks required to support the project team Profil Who we’re looking for We are looking for someone who can truly takeownership of their work and help take pressure off the project team . Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong ability to structure and manage workload independently Proactive, reliable, andsolution-oriented Comfortable working with multiple deadlines and priorities Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience in construction, administration, or project support isan asset Most importantly: we’re looking for someonemotivated, willing to learn, and ready to grow with us.
