What you'll actually do

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance

Who this is a fit for

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself
• Comfortable being accountable for your own results and your own time
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
• At ease with web-based tools and a CRM
• Straightforward with clients, because trust is the whole business
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
