Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8s M-F, with a rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend), 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid Physical Therapist license for California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Acute care experience required.
- Experience using Epic in acute care settings with Navigator preferred.
