DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE SERVICES - Pipeline / New Business - DC

Job Summary Reporting directly to the District Manager, the Director of Executive Conference Services oversees the daily operations of a corporate conference center account. This leadership role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proven record of team leadership and client relationship management. The Director ensures consistent delivery of high‑quality service standards across all locations. Key Responsibilities Leads strategic direction for the account, ensuring operational excellence and a culture of elevated service. Cultivates strong relationships with the client, guests, and internal stakeholders, delivering a personalized high‑touch experience. Develops and empowers direct reports, fostering leadership and accountability to uphold premium service standards. Champions innovation and proactive problem‑solving, driving continuous improvement and anticipating client needs. Oversees all financial aspects of the account, including P&L management and budgeting, focusing on operational efficiency and value delivery. Manages daily operations with precision, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and a seamless guest experience across all locations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, hospitality preferred. Ten years events or conference center experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Superior quantitative, oral and written communication and problem‑solving/strategizing skills. Previous experience managing a budget. Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior. Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch hospitality company. Compensation Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
