Business Development Representative – SNF/SL Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting firm specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We partner with high-growth healthcare operators to help them secure top leadership and business development talent. We are conducting a search for an experienced Business Development Representative to support growth throughout DC. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, developing new partnerships, and expanding market presence across the Washington, DC region. The organization is a rapidly growing, value-based primary care group serving senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute providers nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare sales professional with strong post-acute relationships who wants to join a nationally recognized organization at the forefront of value-based care. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living operators, and other post-acute providers throughout DC Execute territory growth strategies to drive new business development and partnership expansion Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, facility leadership, and operational stakeholders Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, facility tours, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding and ongoing account successMaintain accurate pipeline activity, account tracking, and market intelligence within CRM systems Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Stay informed on trends within value-based care, post-acute services, and senior living to effectively position services in the market Required Qualifications Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout DC Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools Preferred Qualifications Experience selling services related to primary care, behavioral health, therapy, telehealth, wound care, or other ancillary healthcare services Exposure to value-based care models, ACOs, managed care, or risk-based environments Existing relationships within the DC post-acute or senior living market Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field Skills & Competencies Territory development and strategic account management Relationship-driven sales approachExecutive communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of post-acute and senior care operations Pipeline management and CRM proficiency Self-directed work ethic and time management Collaboration across clinical and operational teams Knowledge of value-based care terminology and market trends Full Spectrum Search Group is an equal opportunity search firm.
