Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate workshops and group sessions as necessary, fostering community support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed clinical social worker at our clinic, you will primarily work with adults aged 18 and over, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your practice will also emphasize inclusivity, with a commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and those facing unique challenges related to men's mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling, particularly with adults.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Professional malpractice insurance active during the employment period.

Compensation and Benefits\n
