Work Environment\n

The work environment is fully remote, affording you the flexibility to structure your workday according to your needs. This position requires you to maintain a minimum of 25 clients, offering virtual counseling through our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system. Our team handles the administrative tasks such as insurance verification, client intake, and billing, allowing you to focus exclusively on providing excellent therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver effective virtual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of best practices in clinical social work.

• Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline processes and improve the client experience.

• Participate in virtual staff meetings and contribute to team goal setting and strategy development.

• Provide support and resources for clients to achieve their treatment goals and enhance their overall mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, aged 18 and older, who are seeking therapeutic support in various aspects of mental health. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including clients from various backgrounds and communities. Additionally, experience with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals and men’s mental health, while preferred, is not required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current active LICSW licensure in Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Possess professional malpractice insurance to ensure compliance and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and understanding their unique therapeutic needs.

• Background in working with men’s mental health issues is a plus.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals from minority and diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
