Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients when necessary, evaluating their mental health status using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other relevant assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, focusing on cultural diversity and special patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, reports, and treatment notes in compliance with regulatory standards and department procedures.

• Monitor patient progress continually, providing appropriate interventions and strategies to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Mentor and educate interns, volunteers, and other trainees, fostering a spirit of growth and learning in clinical practice.

• Engage in clinical collaboration with peers, participating in chart audits, peer-to-peer reviews, and discussing best practices with your supervisor.
