Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs, employing evidence-based tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to accurately diagnose and evaluate patient status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the cultural diversity and specific needs of each patient.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions as needed to enhance outcomes and support recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation using current technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create practical support systems, facilitating communication between multiple treatment providers and referral agencies.

• Disseminate knowledge by offering education and mentoring to students, interns, and peers, fostering an environment of growth and learning.

• Participate in clinical supervision activities; engage in professional development opportunities, including chart auditing, peer reviews, and collaborative clinical discussions to enhance team skills and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually, complemented by a generous benefits package that includes a signing bonus.
