Position Summary:
Create and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting product inquiries, pricing and availability requests, order processing, order expediting, and sales lead follow-up. Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and support sales growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to Tavoron products, pricing, availability, and services.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through add-on sales, cross-selling, and upselling during customer interactions.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Tavoron products, parts, services, and capabilities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing updates as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Provide backup support for order entry functions and assist with managing the sales inbox.
• Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business systems preferred.

• The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, reach, and use hands to operate office equipment.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
