Job TitleBusiness AnalystJob DescriptionThe Business Analyst provides critical functional and analytical support across requirements gathering, system design, and testing activities. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into clear specifications, ensuring high-quality system solutions that meet business goals. The Business Analyst also contributes to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of system processes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed system specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business needsPerform system analysis activities in support of project objectives and timelinesDesign system functionality, including user interfaces, batch processes, and system interfacesDevelop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and deliverablesEnsure system documentation and updates conform to DHSS, Conduent, and project standardsCreate screen prototypes, workflow diagrams, and process flow documentationDefine business rules and develop decision table.Design, develop, modify, and execute test cases and scenarios; document resultsGenerate reports to monitor quality, productivity, and operational efficiencyConduct root cause analysis and assess downstream impactsFacilitate and lead design discussions with stakeholdersSupport user training activities as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roleExperience developing use cases, process flows, and screen designsExperience in system testing including test scriptsUnderstanding of SDLC methodologiesStrong written communication skills across business and technical teamsProficiency with Microsoft 365 toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in human services or child support enforcementFamiliarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or TFSWorking knowledge of SQLFlexible WorkingAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
