Technical Business AnalystClient: Altimetrik/CITILocation: New Castle, DEMUST HAVE: We need a BA with about minimum 10-year experience in Liquidity management as primary skill set and Payments as secondary skill set. They should be able to adopt agile and work with business and write user stories for functional features and epics• Improving Customer experience is at the forefront of every initiative and all requirements are customer focused. Has an ability to convert both functional and technical requirements into user stories for development• Creates functional flows, documentation, epics and stories working closely with business & product managers• Captures non-functional requirements like scalability, throughput etc• Capture requirements in form of user stories for implementing Proof of Concepts based on technology• Responsible for managing more than one scrum team or cross functional scrums• Plans sprints through a data-based prioritization process along with the engineering leads, and ensures stories are ready for development• Solution / Technology-focused view and can influence engineering decisions with a customer focus• Ensures highest quality of the deliverable to the client and also drives product demos before the launch• Works with the Business / Product manager, participates in business conversations and contributes to the product backlog• Defines / influences and measures success metrics in an epic / initiative• Influence Product / Engineering teams in adopting a platformisation approach in specific business scenarios• Ideate, influence and design Altimetrik Accelerators based on recurring business challenges and emerging industry trends• Should support any new pursuits by helping build the product proposition• Good written and verbal communicator internally and externally. Builds rapport with stakeholders and is well aware of how their interactions impact the company.
