Position Overview We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to support our Charlotte operations. This role focuses on assisting with promotional initiatives, community outreach, client communication, and brand visibility efforts while supporting overall company growth. Key Responsibilities * Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns * Support communication efforts related to services and events * Coordinate outreach materials and informational content * Collaborate with operations and customer service teams * Help maintain consistent company messaging and branding * Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports * Assist with event coordination and public engagement initiatives Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred * Previous marketing, communications, or customer service experience preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Professional and team-oriented attitude Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $21 – $31 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
