Founded and backed by world's largest investment groups, they are now pushing into a new frontier: connecting decentralised identity systems with AI-driven applications. Role Overview: Every day, billions of digital interactions happen without a verified identity behind them. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the team building the platform that changes that - at internet scale. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery across a TypeScript, Node.js and React full-stack product. Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable team priorities. Partner with product and design to uphold a high quality bar in a fast-paced environment. Champion clean architecture, CI/CD, security and coding standards across the team. Guide the team through high-scope technical decisions and architectural trade-offs. Coach engineers in their growth and build an inclusive, high-performance team culture. Qualifications: A hands-on engineering leader with a proven record of shipping production-grade products and growing high-performing teams. Strong foundation in TypeScript, Node.js and React. Solid cloud-native background (AWS serverless preferred), microservices and event-driven architecture. Fluent in CI/CD, TDD, clean architecture and architectural documentation.
