Lucid Hearing is looking for a Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist near Houston, TX to add to our dedicated and passionate team. Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist Ideal Candidate:
Lucid Hearing is looking for Senior Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists who are motivated, ambitious, and want to be a part of an industry-disrupting sales model. Candidates should be licensed hearing aid dispensers and/or dispensing audiologists. A passion for helping the hearing-impaired is a must-have. What YOU will be doing as a Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist:
- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
- Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss
- Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
- Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
- Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
- Manage multiple locations in the DFW Market to assist patients and provide full support
- Supervise, coordinate, and train with Hearing Center Coordinators to provide patients with excellent customer service and patient care
- Be a resource for your team and help motivate them to meet KPI's
- Travel from club to club to meet with Associates on your team
- Responsibilities with PNL and providing and analyzing reporting
Senior Hearing Specialist / Audiologist Qualifications:
We are looking for a Senior Hearing Specialist near Houston, TX with the following qualifications:
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist
- 5+ years of experience
- Managed Multiple Locations in Major Markets preferred
- Motivated by helping people hear better
- Ambitious with a sales attitude
- An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
- Excellent follow-up skills
