Job Description Business Process Specialist – Washington, DC The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Employer: CACI International Inc. Position is for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). This role is On‑Site and may include brief visits to the CACI Washington, DC office or home site with prior arrangements. Opportunity Provide a wide range of project management support to Government customers, including facilitation and training services, consultation, technical/administrative/logistical coordination, meeting cycle management, data analysis, action tracking, return on investment calculation and monitoring, and portfolio management. Responsibilities As a power user of multiple project management tools, directly facilitate and drive progress on various NAVSEA initiatives and provide consultation, tools, and methods to aid decision‑making, program management, and action planning. Facilitate and lead planning, execution, and close‑out actions for routine in‑person and teleconference meetings, including pre‑ and post‑administrative support/coordination. Analyze and assess program activities and initiatives, projected results and actual outcomes, participant engagement, team effectiveness, metrics, and risk factors. Support and coordinate with customers in preparation of documentation and deliverables. Support local and corporate Working Groups & Industrial Communities of Practice. Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success. Qualifications Required: U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and a final DOD Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 7 years of directly applicable work experience in lieu of the degree requirement. Minimum 3 years of applicable work experience (review job description for relevance). Expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools. Demonstrated project management, meeting management, research, and facilitation skills with proficiency in preparing, selecting, organizing, and presenting information concisely and coherently. Strong customer‑service orientation and written/verbal communication skills, capable of engaging internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes. Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage competing priorities, multiple concurrent tasks, and firm deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Desired: Active DOD Secret security clearance. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Certification, training, or experience in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints. Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership. Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.
