UniFirst is hiring for a Sales Rep / Territory Sales position in Philadelphia, PA. Interviews are one day only on Thursday, July 9, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Apply now to secure an in-person interview. The salary range is $70,000 to $120,000+ (base salary + commissions and quarterly bonuses). Average first year earnings are $70,000 to $85,000+ with a $52,500 base salary, paid weekly. Top rep annual earnings can reach $120,000+ with uncapped commissions and bonuses. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, full-time with 40+ hours per week, no night shifts, and weekends off. Benefits include a car allowance of $80 per week ($4,160 annually), a gas card up to $225 monthly, and a cell phone allowance of $50 monthly ($600 annually). Training includes the first five weeks of employment for sales training, product catalog, and hands-on training.

We're seeking a motivated, self-driven individual as an Outside Sales Representative to increase new account sales in a dedicated market territory. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process. Prior sales experience and a desire to expand your career are preferred.

Responsibilities include acquiring new business accounts in your specified territory, developing sales strategies and maintaining high productivity levels, calling on businesses in person, conducting presentation meetings with potential clients, and negotiating sales contracts and overseeing new account installations.

Qualifications include outside business-to-business sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate), a high school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills, proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
