Director of Operations (Flight Program)

The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of the company's ground and air medical transportation services. This position ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of emergency medical transportation while maintaining compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), CAMTS (if accredited), OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

The Director of Operations provides strategic leadership to operations personnel, works collaboratively with clinical leadership, aviation leadership, communications, maintenance, human resources, and finance, and is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, patient safety, employee accountability, and regulatory compliance.
