This role is critical i n the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible

areas

• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock

• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building

systems

• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage

standards of excellence

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•Filtering oil fryers daily

•Maintaining outside grounds

•Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

•Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

•Take out and empty trash

•Change light bulbs
