Your day-to-day will involve: Responsibilities Setting up and operating our advanced CNC woodworking machines (routers, panel saws, boring machines, etc.). Crafting and optimizing CNC programs (G-code, M-code, or specialized software) to ensure every cut is perfect and material use is maximized. Selecting and managing the right cutting tools for various wood types, keeping an eye on wear and making adjustments. Performing quality checks on parts to guarantee they meet our high standards and exact specifications. Loading and unloading wood materials safely and efficiently. Keeping our machines running smoothly through routine cleaning and maintenance. Interpreting blueprints and drawings to understand precisely what needs to be made. Troubleshooting any issues that arise, always striving for solutions. Maintaining accurate records of your work. Working safely and encouraging a safe environment for everyone. Collaborating with our design and production teams to deliver outstanding products. Qualifications Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for precision and can accurately read blueprints and technical drawings. Wood Knowledge: You understand different wood species and how to best machine them. Problem-Solver: You can diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
