The Opportunity

\n

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team in Paterson, NJ!

\n

This is a newly created position due to company growth. You'll work closely with our Sales Executives, Art Department, and Production team to keep customer orders, requests, and projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and help qualify opportunities for the Sales team.
\n
• Prepare and process sales orders and order change requests.
\n
• Coordinate artwork requests, revisions, and approvals with the Art Department.
\n
• Partner with Production to track order schedules, timelines, and updates.
\n
• Organize and process customer sample kits.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and support daily sales administration.
\n
• Help ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across departments.
\n

• Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, or order processing.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable using computers, email, and business software.
\n
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
\n
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
