Role Summary As our assurance practice continues to expand, we are seeking a growth‑oriented Partner to join our Commercial Assurance practice. Responsibilities Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy. Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities. Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively. Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals. Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement. Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations. Participate in efforts to grow the practice, e.g., Business Development. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field. 10+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience. Experience with real estate clients. CPA. Preferred / Desired Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field. 6+ years of supervisory experience. Location New York. EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit‑based employer.
