Corporate Partner Attorney

A highly regarded international law firm is looking to add established Partners across multiple areas of its Corporate practice in both Dallas and New York.

The firm has a strong reputation across financial services, private capital, investment management, and broader middle market corporate work, and is continuing to invest heavily in growing its existing platform. This is not a firm trying to reinvent itself through mergers or rapid expansion. The growth strategy is organic, focused, deliberate, and built around strengthening practices that are already performing well.

The opportunity is especially attractive for partners who want the sophistication and resources of a large global platform, but within a culture that feels more collaborative, entrepreneurial, and less isolated than many peer firms.

There is a genuine emphasis on cross practice collaboration, with strong opportunities to work alongside teams in private equity, finance, funds, restructuring, tax, regulatory, real estate, and private wealth. Partners who are looking for a platform where relationships are shared and internal introductions are encouraged tend to respond well to the environment.

The Corporate group is also supported by dedicated specialists across areas like tax, employment, executive compensation, and regulatory matters, which allows deal teams to move efficiently and provide more commercial, practical advice to clients.

The firm has continued to build strong momentum in both Dallas and New York and is open to conversations with partners across a range of Corporate disciplines, as well as small groups or teams with complementary practices.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A portable book of business of at least $3M

• Strong experience within a Corporate practice area

• A proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships

• Strong market connections and referral networks

• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
