Responsibilities Gather information on hours worked and accurately process within the required business and payroll systems. Recording and maintaining employees’ records and payroll transactions. Maintain departmental deadlines and procedures. Respond/Resolve payroll questions in a timely manner. Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. Qualifications Experience of processing and administering payrolls. Customer service experience, responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Developing and refining payroll procedures. Preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes. Relationship building with stakeholders across multiple departments.
