Description

One of the most recognized and respected marine transportation operators in North America, is seeking a Vice President of Marine Operations to lead harbor ship assist and marine towing operations across a complex multi-port environment.

This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity overseeing vessel operations, operationall performance, labor relations, safety, compliance, and strategic operational execution across Company's business.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Seeking senior maritime operations leaders with:
Harbor tug / towage operations leadership
Port operations leadership
Marine transportation operations management
Multi-site or multi-port operational oversight
Strong labor / union management experience
P&L ownership and operational leadership experience
Vessel operations and regulatory compliance expertise
Experience leading large operational teams in complex environments
