Orthopedic / Bone Health - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Seattle Eastside EvergreenHealth is currently recruiting a full-time Orthopedic / Bone Health - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our exceptional and growing Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at EvergreenHealth Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. This provider will systematically identify fragility fracture patients across Evergreen's inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings; initiate osteoporosis evaluation and treatment; coordinate multidisciplinary care; and ensure seamless handoff to primary care for long-term bone health management.

This position features:

• Candidate will join our highly trained and experienced orthopedic surgery team.
• Practice will be centered around a community-based practice that focuses on Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Ankle and Sports Medicine.
• Clinic, inpatient and surgical assist. Some night and weekend (after hour) in person responsibility necessary but majority of after hour responsibility is phone based practice coverage.
• Leading Puget Sound area compensation and benefit package.
