What You’ll Do As an Experienced Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.
- Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
We’re seeking candidates with:
- 5 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional food and service.
