Salary Range: $52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and prepare relevant financial reports.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Experience processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a mid-sized organization.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and generate accurate financial reports.
