POW is expanding our Dallas team and hiring Management Trainees who are motivated, competitive, outgoing, and ready to build real-world experience in sales, marketing, customer service, leadership, and business development.

No management experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path to take on more responsibility as you develop.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow into team leadership and management.

What You'll Do

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the business from the ground up while gaining hands-on experience in:

• Sales and customer acquisition
• Customer service
• Event marketing and brand representation
• Lead generation
• Client communication
• Campaign support
• Public speaking and presentations
• Team communication
• Goal setting and performance
• Training and coaching
• Recruiting and interviewing
• Leadership development
• Business operations

You'll work directly with customers, support marketing and sales campaigns, learn how teams operate, and gradually take on additional responsibilities.
