General Responsibilities

Review and enter a high volume of property management invoices into the accounting software. Research and resolve discrepancies on all invoices. Manage vendor inquiries, account statements, and payment status updates. Maintain W-9 files, verify tax data, and pull records for audits.

Essential Duties

Responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the company as follows:

1. Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and ensures all approvals have been received.
2. Enters invoices into the computer system.
3. Responds to all vendor inquiries within a timely manner.
4. Manages difficult client/customer situations, and responds promptly to customer needs.
5. Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files.
6. Assists the Controller and property personnel, as necessary.
7. Assists with monthly closings, and any analysis of accounts, as required.
8. Files all vendor invoices.
9. Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
10. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
11. Safety and security?the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
12. Is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Up to $68k
