Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinator
The Human Resource Coordinator supports the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth communication and compliance across hotel locations and the corporate office.
Compensation: $20.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Coordinate employee training and track completion
- Manage multi-state unemployment claims, wage and employment verifications, garnishments, and child support orders
- Conduct background screenings for all hotel and corporate hires
- Process new hire onboarding in InnFlow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Google Drive and HR software
