ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

To serve as the operational support of the Project Center team, driving the successful execution of front-end project requirements and streamlining daily department operations to maximize team efficiency. Responsibilities Support work plans for estimating and project management. Maintain integrity of project documentation, ensuring all records are comprehensive, up-to-date, and securely archived in compliance with department standards. Establish effective working relationships and communicate project status information with customers, vendors, and team members. Assist Project Managers with assembling and sending project submittal documents and managing orders with third‑party vendors. Partner with internal and external customers to streamline order entry and proactively resolve complex billing, credit, collection, and claim disputes. Facilitate administrative efficiency with daily departmental operations by managing essential workflows, maintaining critical file systems, and generating standard reports to support data‑driven decision‑making. Engage in continuous professional development to master advanced competencies, driving immediate project impact and long‑term career acceleration. Qualifications Associate’s degree in project management or related field. 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, residential construction, building façade, or other related fields. Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is preferred. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Technical proficiency to effectively oversee job operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical Demands Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, use proper lifting techniques at all times, sit frequently, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear; close vision is required. Work Environment Requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at designated times and in specified environments in accordance with established safety program requirements.
