Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will encompass a range of responsibilities crucial to the well-being of our clients, including:

• Conducting thorough intake and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, collaborating closely with the Clinical Department Review Panel/Service (CDRP/S) for recommendations and approvals.

• Participating in clinical case conferences to facilitate treatment strategy discussions and share insights on performance and progress.

• Delivering educational lectures focused on chemical dependency to various groups, enhancing awareness, understanding, and coping strategies.

• Providing chemical dependency counseling, including individualized and group therapy sessions, designed to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Offering specialized counseling services such as Adolescent therapy, Significant Other therapy, and Family therapy, aligning with clients' needs and treatment goals.

• Coordinating case management services, including connecting clients with community resources and support systems necessary for recovery and reintegration.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing challenges related to chemical dependency, mental health issues, and the complexities of their interpersonal relationships. Our clients may come from diverse backgrounds and may include adolescents, young adults, families, and significant others seeking recovery-oriented services. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand their unique circumstances will be vital in fostering trust and facilitating long-term healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of relevant, post-graduate clinical experience in addiction medicine, specifically within supervised therapy settings over the last five years.
